High quality grapes were the norm in almost every block we harvested. The resulting cuvée showed great balance with rich, tropical flavors accompanied by clean, well-integrated acidity and finesse. Chardonnay pairs well with poultry dishes, pork dishes, shellfish, and soft cheeses.
