A very clean, fruit driven white, featuring fresh-cut green apple flavors, with notes of citrus zest and a touch of melon to give the wine some weight. Slate accents mark the finish. Pinot Grigio and Pinot Gris pair nicely with seafood, light pasta, and cheese crackers. It can also be a great salad wine.
