Bella Sera Pinot Grigio is medium-straw in color with aromas of apricot and tropical fruit. Well balanced and dry, subtle flavors of apples and pears dance in the mouth. Harmony and balance are the principal characteristics of this vintage. This light to medium bodied wine is refreshingly crisp with a silky finish that allows it to pair well with foods of all types. Pinot Grigio and Pinot Gris pair nicely with seafood, light pasta, and cheese crackers. It can also be a great salad wine.
